Business Vs. Residential

OnALot.com serves both business and residential customers, and we have set fees and rates for both. Here is how to determine if you qualify as a business account:

  1. You operate from an obvious business location, such as a store, industrial building or similar structure not used for a residence.
  2. You deal with the public from your location, either by mail, telephone, online or face to face.
  3. You are a Church, School, Library, Utility or other similar enterprise.
  4. You have more than 5 computers connected to our system. If you are a private residence, and you have more than 5 computers connected to our system, you will be charged the business rate, found HERE
  5. If you have a home office and derive your income from it.

A residential location is one where you live, have as your home address, and do not work from. Part time selling, such as on Ebay, is ok, but if you make the bulk of your income from home, then you are a business.
