Extreme Performance Radio Upgrade Special

Over the years, wireless technology has changed and improved. We've stayed up with it, and have installed the latest radio technology as it became available. About 18 months ago, a new and very much improved radio became available, and we now use them throughout our system as backhauls and links. These backhaul radios are quite expensive, and that put them out of the reach of the average customer's budget. The good news is, the company that produces them now makes a model that is affordable enough for customers, and we will be installing them in our newer installations starting in February, 2009. These cost us more, but they are worth it as they eliminate calls about any slow service.

For our existing customers: if you are experiencing slow service but have good signal strength, the newer radios are an ideal solution for this problem. The problem is generally caused by trees, distance from the transmitter, and a combination of both, which create "echos" that the older radios have a hard time with. The new radios actually have a microprocessor on board that figures this out and compensates for it, eliminating the problem.

We will swap out the older radio and install the new one for a one-time fee of $150. If there is no improvement, then we'll put the older radio back in and there's no charge. Call us to schedule a swap out.

Antenna Mounts Are Not Included In The Above

When we do the installation, we will install simple brackets and clamps to mount the antenna to existing poles or under eaves.  Some installations will require something more, which can be found by clicking HERE

Please understand that we usually don't know and can't tell if an additional antenna support is needed until we arrive at your place. Once we understand your situation, we'll let you know what's needed and get your approval to do so.

Parts

Every installation is unique. As a result, we have a wide range of "extras" to accomodate your needs. Need an ethernet port, larger antenna, crossover cables, jacks, plugs and so on, we have them!

Service Fees

We charge $20 to come to your home / office to do any repair work not covered under our guarantees. Also, if you need a part and we have to deliver it, the $20 fee applies - you can always come by and pick it up if you'd like.

Computer Repairs

Sometimes during an installation, we discover that your computer has a problem. Maybe it's due to a virus, or a dead CD drive, or something else that has rendered your machine inoperative. You can have your computer fixed at a discount HERE
