Monthly Service Fee

OnALot.com offers 3 plans, 1 with a contract and 2 without. Our lowest rate is for Plan D at just $33.00 per month for truly high speed internet service!

We do not do a credit check on you. If you have bad / no credit, or outstanding bills with the phone company, our Plan A will probably work best for you on a
pay-as-you-go basis.

Plan A:  We mail you an invoice and you send back a check, money order or one time credit card payment

Plans B & D:  We set up an automatic credit / debit card charge on the first of every month.

Campus Plan

We occasionally encounter two adjacent and family related homes who want service. We can set you both up to share a signal between you. Each household will pay the normal installation cost associated with the type of equipment needed, and the service fee is just $55 per month total for the 2 homes combined. Please note, both of you must be related, and live next door to each other up to 1/8 mile maximum, with a clear line of sight view to both homes. If there are trees in the way, this may not work. There is a limit of 2 homes maximum. There may be extra equipment needed to serve both houses, and you will be paying for that equipment. We'll let you know the cost beforehand.

If your family consists of multiple homes (more than 2) all adjacent to each other, we can quote you on the equipment and monthly fees required to set you all up. We can sometimes build a "relay station" on one home that re-sends the internet signal to all of you, which will save you all money.

How Many Computers Can I Have?

We have a maximum limit of 5 computers for a residential plan. A computer = a desktop, or a laptop, or a game console, or an internet camera, or any device that connects via an ethernet cable or a wireless connection to your router. If you have more than 5 computers connected, there is an additional charge of $5 / month for each one. More computers = more bandwidth required, and you must pay your fair share as do all our customers. We do have the ability to check what you have connected.

Email Names

Your account comes with up to 5 email names. If you need more, we charge $2 per name per month. HERE is more information.

OnALot.com Takes PayPal

If you have a PayPal account, you can pay your bill using that. Pay your monthly service fee to our admin@onalot.com paypal account, and please include your name and invoice number.

Businesses - Please Read This

All businesses pay a minimum of $42.00 per month for service. You can use a credit card / debit card / check / money order / paypal to pay. To see if we will consider you a business, check out our definition of a business HERE and you can see our business rates HERE

12 Month Contract Terms

Please read this carefully. Also note that we discount our service with a contract and credit card because the less work we have to do, the more you save. More work for us = the more you have to pay.

1 - If you are paying $33.00 per month (Plan D), you are automatically on a contract with HDR for 12 months, whether you signed a paper contract or not. After the initial 12 months, the rate will continue at the current Plan D rate on a month to month basis. This means you can end service anytime after 12 months with no penalties. Prior to the end of the 12 month period, penalties apply should you quit.

2 - Contracts are for 12 months.  Should you break the contract, there is a $100 termination fee, plus the preceeding months will be back billed at the $42.00 / month rate.

4 - If you are paying $33.00 per month, and your credit or debit card fails more than 2 times in a 12 month period, we will change the monthly amount to $37.00 without notice. Each time your card fails, we have to pay a fee to the card processing company, which can be substantial if it fails multiple times.

5 - For Plans B and D: If your credit or debit card fails more than 4 times in a 12 month period, we will bill you $42.00 per month, without notice. Please keep your card funded and valid.

6 - At the time you join OnALot.com, you are given the option to begin service under our contract rate. If you choose the contract rate, you have 30 days from the date you joined to change that to another plan without any penalties.

7 - We normally charge your credit or debit card on the 1st of the month. You can specify any date from the 1st to the 5th of the month if you have special needs, but once changed, it will remain that date. You can't make changes each month or you will be charged more per the above rules. If you need a later date, such as the 15th of the month, the minimum amount charged will be $37.00.

• You cannot change your monthly billing date to avoid paying a late fee.

8 - Late Fees. If your card fails, and we have to re-bill you, you will be charged a $5.00 late fee without prior notice, and it will be added to the charged amount.

9 - Unless we hear otherwise from you, we will consider you an active and current customer and continue to bill you, regardless of whether you use the system or not. You cannot get a refund by calling and saying you quit 3 months ago, but you didn't tell us that. If you decide to leave our service, you must call or write and tell us that prior to the next bill date.

10 - OnALot sells service in whole month increments only. If you decide to leave our service anytime after the 1st of the month, there is no refund of any monies paid for the remainder of the month.

Why Is Our Contract Rate Lower?

It's simple. Once we set it up, we don't have to mess with it again. Less work for us equals less money you have to pay! Having to make a lot of changes or re-bill you creates a lot of extra work and expense for us, which we don't need. Debit cards are especially problematic, so please be sure your funds are in your account by the date we bill you. We recommend you use a valid credit card instead of a debit card to avoid any problems with funds availability.

Remember, less work for us = more savings for you! Our Plan D contract saves you money, and is less work for us! We both win!

Paying For a Year In Advance

Some of our customers prefer to pay for a year in advance. We treat this the same as a Plan D contract. We give them the Plan D rate, times 12 months = $396.00. If you elect to do this, and then decide to quit before the 12 months are up, you will be back-billed at the $42.00 rate for any months already used, and there is the $100 penalty for cancellation.
