Scheduling an Installation

We do our installations on Monday through Saturday

Normally, we schedule installations for the following times during the day:

Slot 1 = 10 AM

Slot 2 = 1 PM

Slot 3 = 4 PM - except Saturday.

The above times allow "drive time" to go from one customer to the next. Installations usually take between 1.5 to 2 hours to do, depending on your house and what you want hooked up.

If you need to be installed at a time other than shown above, please let us know. Also, installs are done on a first come, first served basis, and we'll let you know if the time / day you selected is open.

We're closed on Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday - we've gotta rest sometime!

What We Need To Know

When you contact us, please let us know what you want hooked up. Is it a desktop computer, a laptop, or both. Also, any game consoles or other items.

If your house is unusual, such as a very high "A" frame, let us know so we can bring the right ladder for the job.

Scheduling Issues

If you've scheduled an install for a day when it's raining, snowing, very high winds or other inclement weather, we'll contact you to reschedule. We don't go up on wet roofs, and ladders can be blown down in high winds.

Sometimes other issues can crop up, like a system that has gone down and needs to be fixed. We'll call you to reschedule the installation.
