We have answering machines for when we are not here. Please speak clearly and loudly and leave a message, we'll call you as soon as we return.

Also, we use an internet based phone system. If there is a system outage, you will be directed to our voicemail system instead of our phone ringing.

Callback Policy:


Often during a system outage, we will receive 100's of calls requesting we call the customer back. We simply cannot do that. We are busy fixing the problem instead of spending our resources talking about it. We will post what the problem is / was on our front page, so please check that for more information
